Orders for in-stock items will typically be shipped by the next business day. Backordered items should have a note on the product page giving an estimate of when shipping can be expected.
All domestic orders within the United States of America will ship via UPS, unless otherwise requested. Orders will typically take between 2-4 days to arrive, depending on the distance from our shipping location in Oregon.
International orders may ship by any of the USPS, UPS, or DHL services. International orders will often be subject to import duties or fees, which can often be fairly high. When placing an international order, please first check if any import duties will apply to your order so you know what to expect.

We do our very best to ship products that have been thoroughly tested and ensured to be fully functional prior to shipping. However, in the unlikely event that there is an issue with an item that you have received, we guarantee to promptly repair or replace any faulty items free of charge, and will even provide a return shipping label if necessary.
Please DO NOT make any purchase with the expectation of being able to return it if you are disappointed in any way. Instead, if you would like to try any of our products prior to purchase, please contact your favorite local shops that carry similar equipment to see if they can get a unit in for you to try. We have worked very hard to ensure that high quality demo videos exist that allow customers to both see and hear our products prior to purchase, and have also fully documented all of the functions and features of our products in their owners manuals. We encourage all customers to fully explore these resources prior to purchase, as they should be able to give a very good idea of whether a product will meet your requirements. If you wish to make a return of functional equipment that is working as designed, please first contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org prior to returning any purchases. Each return will first require approval and each case will be evaluated independently. Once approved, any items returned in new condition will incur a 10% restocking fee, and shipping costs will not be refunded. Returns will only be approved within a 14 day window after purchase. If an item is returned dirty or shows obvious signs of handling or usage, a 20% restocking fee may be charged. If a returned item has been damaged or modified by the user, the amount of the refund will be assessed based on the extent of the damage. A refund will be issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected.
